The ascent is made on the Movement-track of Mayens-de-l'Ours, which is entirely marked off the ski runs. Without any great technical difficulty, but with a nice difference in altitude of 650 metres over a little more than 5 km, the route nevertheless demands good physical condition.At the start, you begin with a relatively steep section, along the edge of the ski slope, before branching off into the forest along a path with a moderate slope that leads you through the majestic forêt de l'Ours all the way up to Thyon 2000.The wildlife's habitat must be protected, which is why we guide ski tourers along marked trails that are tolerated by the forestry services. In order to respect this philosophy, the descent is made down the official ski slopes.
