You can pay for your order with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, via TWINT or by invoice through CembraPay. All payments are secure.

You can complete your order as a guest. By creating a customer account, you automatically become part of our loyalty program for free and will thus enjoy many benefits.

Choose your deal at valais.ch/shop, select your dates, enter your personal information, and then complete the online payment after which you'll receive a confirmation email.

Please check your spam folder. If you still can't find your confirmation, contact us at reservation@valais.ch and include your order details: name, date, time and product ordered.

The terms depend on the offer and the service provider. Contact reservation@valais.ch with your order number.

There are several types of gift vouchers:

• “Value” vouchers, valid only at valais.ch/shop

• “Saveurs du Valais” restaurant vouchers, valid only at participating restaurants

• “Stars Locales” vouchers, valid only at participating producers

• and other offers such as “Passeport Valaisan” vouchers or “PlaceToBee” vouchers, etc….

These are the various partners we work with: Sierre Sewing School, Concept Couture, Indi, Objet4Pub, Fondation St-Hubert, Texorio, Texner, Swiza, Carta Media, Valexperience, Wooper, Univerre, Caméléon and Mammut.

Orders can be shipped to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Items in stock are shipped within three to five (3 – 5) business days after we receive the order.

Shipping costs range from CHF 12 to CHF 9 to CHF 2.50, depending on the size of the item or order. These fees are charged only once per order, even if the order is shipped in multiple packages.

Shipping is free:

• For purchases of CHF 150 or more

or

• For loyalty programme members living in Valais
