Discover the Sion’s terraced vineyard and its historic viticulture along a signposted five kilometers route arriving at the Bisse de Clavau, where you will be offered 5 wines to taste and a three-course meal in the gatehouse Brûlefer.
A walk in the heart of the Clavau estate, among the terraced vineyards. Embark on this self-guided walk until you reach the superb bisse de Clavau. Enjoy a first stop at Cube Varone (from May) to taste our wines, accompanied by an amuse-bouche before heading to Guérite Brûlefer for lunch. An unforgettable day combining nature, tradition, wine and culinary delights.
