Cheese-making at the alp

At the alpine pastures of Thyon, find out about life on the high mountain meadows where the cows of the Herens breed spend the summer. Get to know these endearing animals, typical of Valais, and see genuine Raclette cheese being made. Afterwards, you have the chance to taste delicious local products such as Tomme cheese, soft “sérac” whey cheese and fresh milk.
