Day 3

Load your mountain bike onto a chairlift that will take you up to an altitude of 2,100 metres, where fun trails and natural single tracks await. Spend the morning trying out the bike park's various routes. After a refreshing break on a sunny terrace, continue your outing on a single trail that leads towards Fürgangen, then continue to Ernen. Admire the Twingi Gorge and the open-air art exhibitions that line the route before reaching Binn, your destination for the day.

There are over 100 kilometres of trails specially designed for this sport, catering to all levels and preferences. If you want to give your legs a rest, take a leisurely stroll around the Binn Valley. Its nature park, rich in minerals and plants, as well as the local music and food culture, are sure to be a pleasing surprise. Alternatively, go hiking in Bellwald for views of the Fiesch Glacier – the second largest in the Alps. Or head for the route between Ernen and Binn where the Twingi Gorge is crossed by a 19th-century path offering numerous viewpoints.
Day 4
Ascent to the legendary Saflisch Pass and descent to Brig
The final stage of the adventure takes you to the Saflisch Pass, at an altitude of 2,560 metres, via a climb of almost 14 kilometres with an elevation gain of 1,100 metres, alternating between alpine roads and single trails. Once you reach the pass, you’ll be rewarded with magnificent views of the Simplon Pass and the highest peaks in Valais, before embarking on a 12-kilometre descent with a 1,900-metre drop, much of it on single trails through forests and alpine pastures. You’ll reach your final destination, the town of Brig with its iconic castle, from the lower station in Ried-Brig.
