Ingredients (4 people)

Preparation

  1. Grease the tart dish, place the pastry in it and prick with a fork. Sprinkle the ground almonds over the top and leave in the fridge for about half an hour.

  2. Distribute the apricots over the pastry and place the tart in the bottom section of the oven. Bake for 20 minutes at 190°C.

  3. Mix the eggs, sugar, cream and vanilla sugar and then pour it over the tart. Return to the oven for 20 minutes.

  4. Heat up the apricot jam and spread it over the tart. Sprinkle the flaked almonds over the top.
