Wine

With 4795 hectares of vineyards, Valais is the largest wine-growing region in Switzerland. Thanks to the generous sunlight and the microclimate favourable to the vines, more than 50 AOC grape varieties are cultivated here. The winegrowers produce top-quality wines, which are highly appreciated during convivial moments, meetings between friends, a nice celebration or as an accompaniment to a good meal.
