Chassoure-Tortin

This classic itinerary leads directly under the gondola from Tortin up to Chassoure, and is popularly known as “Tortin”. The upper section is one giant, steep mogul field. The slope faces north and is mostly in the shade, and the well-formed moguls generally promise good, grippy snow. This is considered the toughest itinerary of the 4 Vallées ski area, and for average skiers offers a real challenge.
