In Fully, Le Chavalard works with producers from the region to showcase seasonal and local produce. The chef is a member of the Slow Food Cooks’ Alliance and offers, among other dishes, Poêlon des Boson featuring Hérens beef as well as Hérens hamburgers and typical products from Valais farming.
