In Fully, Le Chavalard works with producers from the region to showcase seasonal and local produce. The chef is a member of the Slow Food Cooks’ Alliance and offers, among other dishes, Poêlon des Boson featuring Hérens beef – a chef special – as well as Hérens hamburgers and bread soup.
