It is harvested in Valais by local beekeepers, with respect for natural cycles. Certified honey guarantees a traceable origin, top quality, and a water content below 18.5% for better preservation.

With its high sugar content and low water content, honey doesn’t spoil and prevents bacterial growth. 80% of plants pollinated by insects are pollinated by bees. Without them, a third of the world’s food production would be lost.
