Why are they certified with the Valais brand?
Valais apricots have to comply with strict criteria in terms of quality, traceability and taste. Their sugar content is checked using a refractometer, with a minimum requirement of 11° Brix, guaranteeing optimal ripeness.

Did you know?
Each ripeness test is carried out on around 20 different fruit, which are randomly selected and then crushed by hand to extract a purée. This traditional method ensures the quality of the fruit's flavour.
