Apricot brandy chocolates

When different areas of expertise come together in Valais, the result is a unique product, full of character. Such is the case with Abrinelles. These chocolates containing fruit brandy were born of a partnership between the Valais distillers’ association (Interprofession des Eaux-de-vie du Valais) and the confectioner Zenhäusern Frères SA. A heavenly combination of black chocolate (60%) and Abricotine AOP (Valais apricot brandy), Abrinelles promise a mouthful of exquisite flavour.
