Raclette in the land of the “queens”

Cows of the Herens breed are the true stars of the alpine pastures. With a local farmer as a guide, set off to visit these “queens” in their summer quarters and then enjoy tasty melted Raclette cheese accompanied by a glass of Valais wine.
