Spelt Schenkeli with grapeseed flour
Makes about 50 pastries.
- Mix milk, sugar, eggs and salt and beat to a froth until sugar has dissolved.
- Add spelt flour, baking powder and grapeseed flour and knead for approx. 8 to 10 minutes. Finally add melted butter.
- Cool in fridge for one hour.
- Make into rolls the thickness of a finger, and cut into lengths of approx. 2 to 4 cm.
- Fry at 180 degrees for approx. 5 minutes in a fryer or in oil in a frying pan.
