- Line the pie dish with the pastry.
- Prick the base of the tart with a fork.
- Peel the asparagus and roughly chop into 3 cm pieces. Spread them on top of the pastry.
- Beat the egg and milk together, add salt and pepper and pour the mixture on top of the pastry.
- Cover with grated cheese.
- Pour the cream over the whole tart.
- Cook in the oven at 200°C for 35 min.
