Cave Le Tambourin
The vineyards of our sun-drenched estate are scattered over plots of land on the Corin plateau, overlooking the Imperial Crown of mountains in the Val d’Anniviers. The beauty of the surrounding landscape gives some idea of the quality of the wines produced here. From hints of a fendant to the nuances of a petite arvine, from a gracious gamay to the magic of a cabernet, the assorted grape varieties elicit pure joy – whatever form they come in. Welcome to the estate of Ismael Bonvin, where each bottle is adorned with a starkly elegant “T”, as imagined by Valais-based artist Pierre Zufferey. This symbol evokes two sets of associations – the tracks of skis on snow and the double imprint left by Ismael and his father Marcel, who preceded him as head of the winery, on the sunny high plateau.
