Lufu-Trail
The starting point of the route is easily accessible by cable car from Turtig to Eischoll, and once you reach the mountain station, the Lufu-Trail’s downhill freeriding fun starts right away. Although this single trail features some technically challenging sections, experienced bikers can nonetheless look forward to a flowing ride. It is classified as a medium to difficult route and leads through a series of curves into the valley below. Bikers will enjoy the variety and playfulness of the trail, which comprises both disused hiking paths and newly created route sections. Although the trail passes through long stretches of unspoilt nature, there are plenty of features built in to spice things up, including rollers, moguls, banked turns and small jumps. Most bikers have only one thought in their head when they arrive in the valley in Turtig: again! And it couldn’t be easier: after just eight minutes in the cable car, you’re already back at the starting point in Eischoll.
