A journey through Bellwald
The four-kilometre-long treasure hunt will take you through different areas of Bellwald. The adventure starts at the sports and leisure centre and continues further into the village before heading back to the starting point. There are plenty of activities to keep you entertained along the way – so it’s a good thing that you’re not being timed! Why not treat yourself to a round of minigolf in Gassen or travel back in time at Cinema aB? Enjoy a refreshment from the small kiosk near to the starting and finishing point.
Opening hours: The route is accessible all year round. Please note: The treasure chest is located in the kiosk at the sports and leisure centre. Please take note of the opening times.

Safety information and equipment
Hiking gear. Sun protection (cream and hat). Snacks and drinks. Bring a pencil for answering the puzzles.
Suggestion
The Ecomuseum on the village square opens for the guided village tour held on Wednesdays. If you would like to visit the museum at another time, call at the tourist office to borrow the key.
Public transports
SBB train (Swiss Federal Railways) to Brig; then change on to a train of the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn railway as far as Fürgangen-Bellwald. Here, take the cable car to Bellwald.
Parking
Car parking spaces are available near the starting point of the treasure hunt, close to the sports facilities. There is also a free car park lower down in the village.
