Valais pear brandy AOP

Valais pear brandy AOP is made exclusively with Williams pears from Valais. This variety, which enjoys perfect growing conditions in Valais, is ideal for making fruit brandy: its quality and fine flavour produce an eau-de-vie that is fruity, smooth and delicate. The AOP designation guarantees the origin of the fruit and the quality of the distillation process; each brandy is tasted blind and analysed before being awarded the label.
