Génépi

Génépi is a liqueur made with white genepi, an alpine plant characteristic of Valais and known locally as “génépi blanc”. The drink provides a fine digestif, served at the end of a meal; it can also be enjoyed as an aperitif. Its strong flavour, rounded bouquet and slight bitterness make for an exceptional alcoholic drink. The plants are cultivated organically or through integrated production.
