Luggage transport

When you book a stay in Valais, in addition to your public transport ticket, we also offer free luggage transport from your front door to the hotel you have booked and back.

Book a stay of at least three nights at one of the following hotels on valais.ch at least three days before your arrival and you will receive an email from our booking team with a promo code. With this, you can easily book the free luggage transport via the SBB website. To ensure that your luggage arrives at your hotel on the desired date, it will be collected from your home no later than 8 p.m. two days before your arrival and checked in for transport.
