Lac du Grand Désert

A few colourful splashes appear occasionally in this mineral environment where the colour grey dominates the countryside. The flora at this altitude has developed a surprising sense of survival in these extreme climatic conditions, for example with their intense colours which protect them from the bright sunshine.
