Honey and products of the hive

Honey of the Valais brand is a honey with a unique flavour, one that changes according to the flowers that the bees visit. As with wine, each year is different for honey. This can be enjoyed at breakfast or at tea-time, spread on a slice of Valais rye bread AOC or dissolved in an infusion. Other products of the hive, also certified Valais brand, are known for their health benefits: pollen, royal jelly, propolis and bee venom.
