Flours

Certified brand Valais flours originate from ancient grains. These are either from Valais or have adapted to this region. They include grains such as spelt, emmer, einkorn, wheat and rye. With the benefit of their ancestral knowledge, producers are able to adapt their cultivation to the different varieties. Flours are ground using an Astrié stone mill, which conserves minerals, vitamins and fibres. They are also used to create different types of bread and pasta.
