The car trains run all year round to take you through the Furka tunnel from Oberwald Valais to Realp Uri, or vice-versa.
The ticket is valid for one journey, regardless of which direction you are loading. You can also book a return journey directly.
Description
Given its location at the heart of the Alps, Valais can easily be reached on the motorway, cantonal roads or via mountain passes. While the winding mountain passes provide an incredible experience with their hairpin bends and breathtaking scenery, you can also choose the faster option by putting your vehicle on a car shuttle train to travel across the mountains through a network of tunnels.
