Set off on a sequence of four exceptional days inviting you to wind your way along the Valais’ most beautiful biking routes to conquer its legendary passes. Starting from Martigny, this tour takes you through magnificent scenery, on roads with moderate traffic, through the vineyards of the Rhône Valley to the fabled peaks. While the ascent of the Sanetsch pass, the crowning stage of this getaway, enables you to discover one of the Alps’ great giants, other Alpine passes such as the Croix de Coeur, the Forclaz, the Planches and the Lein all contribute to this not-to-be-missed experience.

Day 1: Col de la Croix de Cœur

• Arrival in Martigny in the morning

• Martigny - Riddes - Col de la Croix de Coeur - Martigny

• 70 km, 1,880 m ascent

Day 2: La Petite Forclaz and Emosson Dam

• Martigny - Petite Forclaz - Col de la Forclaz - Finhaut - Emosson Dam - Martigny

• 68 km, 2,540 m ascent

Day 3: Col du Sanetsch

• Martigny - Col du Sanetsch - cable car Sanetsch-Gsteig - Col du Pillon - Aigle - Martigny

• 127 km, 2,430 m ascent

Day 4: Col des Planches and Col du Lein

• Martigny - Col des Planches - Col du Tronc - Col du Lein - Sapinhaut - Saxon - Martigny

• Individual departure (after the ride).

• 41 km, 1,260 m ascent
