Important information

From the Jeizinen parking lot, you can drive to Trächu Hittu in about 10 minutes. You can also make your way on foot; it takes about 1 hour to walk  from Jeizinen (maps on their website).

Description

Trächu Hittu welcomes you to dine in a magical setting nestled in the Swiss mountains. Inspired by their region and local products, Lucia and Yves Cordonier renovated the space in 2021 in order to offer their guests a regional culinary experience in the heart of the Alps. 

Lucia, the chef, will take you on a journey of discovery through her food, which centers the terrain’s rich produce with daily foraged ingredients and cooperation with local producers. Her cuisine infuses new life into traditional Alpine cuisine, offering a fresh spin on Slow Food Presidium ingredients. Above all, her philosophy is rooted in respect for food, love of the land, and a commitment to 0km cooking. 

Come and enjoy a unique and authentic culinary experience - drinks paid separately according to your consumption.

  • Meal consisting of a welcome cocktail, starter, main course, dessert and coffee. Dinner will showcase Slow Food Presidium products such as farina bona and kirsch as well as local and seasonal products
