
At 11.00 am on Saturday morning, you’ll meet your guide, druid Marlène Galletti in Fully where an aperitif awaits you, followed by a meal consisting of regional products.
After lunch, you’ll leave your luggage and head off to discover the regional biotope, unique in Switzerland. This will take you through Les Follatères, where the Rhône bends and at the crossroads of several climates, and with interesting anecdotes and information about the area and plant diversity along the way to enrich these special moments in nature. Your hike ends in the vineyard with a renowned "Slow Wine" winemaker from Fully and a tasting of her delicious wines until a private bus, already loaded with your belongings left at the Fol'Terres, takes you up to Chiboz.
Here, you’ll stay in a guest room at the legendary Relais des Chasseurs, run by the Ançay family for three generations. In addition to a welcome is filled with authentic local warmth, eating here is a unique culinary adventure with most of the vegetables harvested directly from the garden and a terrace offering a magnificent panorama of the Rhône valley.
Your Sunday begins with an aromatic walk, during which our guide will tell you the amazing history of the place and introduce you to the cooking of wild plants. You’ll prepare your own meal over a wood fire protected from the elements. A local "Slow Wine" winemaker will come to find you with the offer of a food and wine pairing and will tell you the history of the vineyards and grape varieties.
Afterwards, you’ll board your bus to Martigny and head home with good memories to remember of.
