
At 10:10, your guide for the day, Céline Gaspoz, will welcome you at the bus stop in Hérémence and invite you to visit this delightful village with a small local snack at the mill. A short hike then leads to Devins farm, run by the Grünenfelder family, pioneers of organic farming, where you’ll have lunch based on the farm's produce and discover its various activities. In the middle of the afternoon, a minibus will pick you up and take you to the Mandelon mountain pasture where a discovery evening awaits you. Dinner on you own and overnight stay on site.
The next morning, after an optional discussion with the cheese maker, you’ll have breakfast and then hike individually (departure at 9.30 am at the latest) to Chemeuille (7 km, two hours of easy walking). From here, the chairlift takes you down to Lannaz, where you can enjoy a typically Val d'Hérens dish for lunch. After lunch, it’s back down to Evolène (2.5 km, 40 minutes), known as one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland, where you will be able to stroll as you please before taking a bus back to Sion or Hérémence (at 15:34 / 16:49 or 18:04), with your eyes and stomach filled with good memories.
