Marlène Galletti, herbalist, olfactotherapist and mountain guide, will take you on a journey of discovery of the different varieties of chocolate, its history, traceability and the role of our country in this commodity which has become a national product. Explanation, blind tasting, sharing of feelings, enjoy with more notion, respect of this noble product. The tasting workshop will end with the making of a discovery product that you will take home as a souvenir of this gourmet journey.
