Discover our new April drink, with the sweet flavour of Valais asparagus, spiced up with a touch of lemon and sugar. Created in collaboration with Biofruits, it can be enjoyed on its own for breakfast or as an aperitif mocktail according to a recipe devised by the Distillerie Morand.

15% of Swiss asparagus production is harvested in the Rhône valley from 60 hectares of plantations. These emblematic Valais vegetables can grow 15 centimetres in a single day. In addition to its striking taste, asparagus is a real health asset as it is rich in dietary fibre, vitamins A, B and C and minerals (potassium, calcium, phosphorus) and has only 20 calories per 100 grams!

Aspergeade is labelled Valais Brand and thus meets demanding criteria of quality and origin.
