Caves du Paradis
The Caves du Paradis in Sierre was founded in 1959 by Alex Roten. Today, his grandson Oliver runs the company’s 10 hectares of prime vineyards in Miège, Sierre and Salgesch. The family’s passion for wine knows no bounds, embracing innovation while at the same time upholding local traditions and preserving the natural environment. Among the twenty or so vintages it produces, the Symphonie, an exceptional Pinot Noir from Salgesch, and the Cuvée Mélèze, a unique assemblage of white wines left to mature in larch wood casks, are particularly noteworthy.
