The Rhone Skate route begins in Sierre and runs through the Rhone valley to the Lower Valais and on to Lake Geneva. The route runs through the magnificent mountain scenery of the Valais on charming, quiet paths along the Rhone. In the Valais the route remains nearly fully flat, much of it on the levees along the banks of the Rhone. The easy, mostly flat route is ideal for families and offers plenty of activities along the way.
