Ingredients (4 people)


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Grease a cake tin.

  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  4. Add the flour, baking powder, yoghurt, honey and quince preserve, and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into the cake tin.

  5. Put it in the oven and let it bake for 35 minutes.


Serve it with a fruit compote or apple spread by the brand Îris.
