Fluhalpe

High above Leukerbad at 2,040 metres in altitude, around seventy dairy cows spend the summer months on Fluh alpine pasture. The cheese, butter, cream and sérac produced there have a unique flavour; take a break from your hike to try them for yourself on the sunny terrace of the snack bar. If you want to enjoy the tranquil setting a little longer, reserve a room for the night and get an introduction to working on an alpine pasture.
