Located in a tranquil, verdant setting above the village of Saint-Martin, Loveignoz alpine pasture is well-known for its delicious regional produce, which includes ham and bacon as well as sérac, raclette and tomme cheeses. The very first Raclette du Valais AOP from an alpine pasture to receive the maximum score of 20 points was produced here in 2017.

Throughout the summer, the renovated buvette welcomes you to its terrace to enjoy these specialties in a magnificent natural setting.
