The highest revolving restaurant and the largest ice cave in the world can be found directly at the foot of the Allalinhorn, all just a stone's throw from the arrival station of the Metro Alpin, the highest underground railway in the world. It is also the ideal starting point for climbing the Allalin, reputed to be ideal for adding one's first 4,000-metre summit to one's list of achievements.
