Goods in stock are shipped within 3–5 working days of receiving the order. Orders can be delivered to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Whatever the size, quantity or value of the goods ordered, delivery costs CHF 9. For smaller items, delivery charges are limited to CHF 2.50. These charges are invoiced once per order, even if the order is delivered in several consignments. Delivery is free for orders over CHF 150.

No right of return is granted for products sold in the VWP online boutique. Only clothing may be returned or exchanged. If you do not wish to keep a garment, you may return it within ten days of receiving it. It must be in its original packaging and in pristine condition. Return postage charges are paid for by the customer. If you are only returning part of your order, you will be sent a new amended invoice to reflect any returned items.
