Ingredients:
Païen / Heida – 75 cl: 100% AOC Valais grapes.
Fruit juice medley – 25 cl: 60% apple juice, 25% apricot purée, 15% Williams pear purée, ascorbic acid. Pasteurised juice.
Grape seed biscuits: wheat flour, rye flour, grape seed flour (7%), water, butter, yeast, salt.
Valais rye bread PDO – 500 g: 100% rye flour, water, salt (sourdough bread).
Dried sausage – approx. 180 g: pork, bacon, nitrite salt (salt, preservative E250), hazelnuts (3.7%), spices, dextrose, antioxidant E301, natural beef casing.
Tomato aperitif sauce – sun-dried tomatoes – 120 ml: tomatoes (88%), sun-dried tomatoes (8.8%), basil, stock, thyme, garlic.
Honey – 250 g: 100% forest honey.
