Mini Abobo, the cultural pass

The digital version of the Mini Abobo digital is sent by e-mail within 7 days. The Mini Abobo card is then sent by post. The Mini Abobo is valid upon receipt of the digital pass.

The Mini Abobo is designed for adults over the age of 26.

The Mini Abobo gives access to 5 events of your choice out of the 800 events and over 50 partner venues available on the Abobo's unique and centralized agenda.

The Mini Abobo is valid for 1 year starting from the date of receipt of the Pass.

1. Description The "Abobo" passes are subscriptions valid for 365 days from the date of issuance, within the opening hours of each partner venue. The "Mini Abobo" passes are subscriptions valid for a maximum of 5 events of choice from the Abobo agenda, also valid for 365 days from the date of issuance, within the opening hours of each partner venue. They can be used during their validity period to access the cultural services/offers of the partner venues listed on the Abobo agenda. Access to each partner venue is subject to the information provided on the venue’s own website (e.g., reservations, ticketing, access conditions). 2. Sales Conditions Sales Period The "Abobo" passes are sold exclusively on the online platform: www.abobo.ch. The "Mini Abobo" passes are sold on the online platforms www.abobo.ch and www.valais.ch. Payment Conditions For purchases made through the online sales website (Internet), payment is only possible via an electronic payment system (credit card or TWINT). Age Categories Adult: from 26 years old and above on the day of purchase. The date of birth is used to verify eligibility for the pass. For those under 26, the cultural AG pass is available for purchase (www.agculturel.ch). Prices All prices are in Swiss francs. 3. Data Carrier (Keycard) for "Abobo" and "Mini Abobo" passes The "Abobo" Cooperative provides a data carrier (physical and/or digital card) free of charge at the time of purchase of an "Abobo" or "Mini Abobo" pass and ensures that this carrier is compatible with all partner venues. 4. Refund "Abobo" and "Mini Abobo" passes purchased are under no circumstances refundable, including, but not limited to, in the event of illness or accident of the pass holder. Holders of the "Abobo" or "Mini Abobo" passes are made aware that this status does not guarantee them access to exhibitions, performances, shows, or any other offers at partner venues, especially in cases where seating or capacity is limited. They cannot claim compensation if access is denied due to the partner venue reaching its maximum capacity. Furthermore, there is no guarantee regarding the opening or continuation of exhibitions, performances, shows, or any other offers at the partner venues. No right to reimbursement, even partial, is possible in cases of non-opening, partial opening, or closure of one or more partner venues. 5. Replacement of the Data Carrier The data carrier (Keycard) is only replaced free of charge in case of technical reading issues. Replacement of lost or damaged data carriers is subject to a fee (processing charge of CHF 40.00). 6. Forgotten Pass In case of forgotting the pass, the data carrier will be replaced (processing fee of CHF 40.00). When a duplicate is issued, the original pass is automatically deactivated. 7. Pass Control Each pass is nominative, non-transferable, and cannot be assigned to another person. It can only be used by the person whose name is on the card. Each partner venue will conduct usage checks upon entry. During each check performed by a partner venue, the customer must prove their identity with an official document (ID card, passport, or driver’s license). 8. Misuse of the "Abobo" or "Mini Abobo" Pass Any detection of misuse of an "Abobo" or "Mini Abobo" pass will result in immediate revocation of the pass and a fee of CHF 200.00. Fraudulent uses will also be charged to any abusive user. The pass holder is responsible for keeping their pass safe to prevent misuse by third parties, including family members or acquaintances. Furthermore, a revoked pass will under no circumstances be reinstated, except by purchasing a new pass. In case of misuse of an option or extension of an "Abobo" pass at a partner venue, the same conditions apply. 9. Inappropriate Behavior All holders of an "Abobo" or "Mini Abobo" pass must respect the rules established by each partner venue, follow the instructions of the venue staff, and comply with all applicable laws. Any holder of an "Abobo" or "Mini Abobo" pass who does not comply with these rules, behaves contrary to applicable laws, or acts inappropriately, may be temporarily or permanently denied access (suspension/revocation of their subscription) to one or all partner venues. "Abobo, cooperative society" may, at its sole discretion, determine whether the behavior of a holder of an "Abobo" or "Mini Abobo" pass is appropriate or not. In case of inappropriate behavior, "Abobo, cooperative society" reserves the right to impose further sanctions on the persons concerned, including charging penalties or fees for interventions. Furthermore, "Abobo, cooperative society" reserves the right to pursue all judicial remedies available, including reporting the persons concerned to the competent authorities. 10. Processing of Personal Data Pass holders accept and authorize the partner venues to process the minimal necessary personal data to ensure the proper use of the "Abobo" and "Mini Abobo" passes and to perform their duties, including verification.
