The life of marmots
Enjoy an unforgettable experience while discovering marmots in their natural surroundings during a walk of about five kilometres in Siviez.
Registration is open until 4:00 pm the day before. The activity takes place with between four and 12 participants. If the minimum is not reached, you may select another date or receive a full refund.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Dogs are not allowed.
Description
Where are they hiding? How do they live? Enjoy a guided walk around Tortin to visit the marmots in their natural habitat and learn all about them.
These emblematic little Alpine rodents are sometimes well hidden in their underground burrows, but in Tortin they can sometimes be spotted. It is definitely easy to hear them thanks to their high-pitched whistling!
Covering around five km with only 320 metres of ascent, this easy one-hour walk is accessible to all and makes a perfect family outing.
This is an evening experience from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
