A taste of Christmas cake
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grease a cake tin.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the flour, baking powder, yoghurt, honey and quince preserve, and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into the cake tin.
- Put it in the oven and let it bake for 35 minutes.
