Tandem 91

The Association Tandem 91 lends more than 80 special bicycles in the Upper Valais region for free. All the members of the Association work as voluntary, and the acquisition of new bicycles is made possible through the support of various sponsors. These special bicycles allowed disabled and elderly people to join a lot of excursions. With a Rollfiets, for example, the grandparents can take part in a families bicycle tour.

PubliBike

PubliBike – Switzerland's new bike sharing offer!
Arriving by public transportation and then exploring the city centre by bicycle or e-bike - this is the vision that PubliBike has been putting into action in Switzerland. In a first step, starting in the summer of 2011, railway stations in Switzerland have been equipped with bicycles and e-bikes. With this service, the project partners, PostBus, Swiss Railways and Rent a Bike, intend to promote urban sustainable mobility.
