The Dents du Midi region is a huge playground, particularly popular with nature lovers. Skiing, hiking, paragliding, mountain biking - it's all here for the ultimate adventure. As well as outdoor activities, it's also the ideal place to immerse yourself in Nature, discover ancient traditions or just relax. With 600 kilometres of mountain bike trails, the Portes du Soleil is the largest mountain bike area in Europe. The area also offers downhill enthusiasts no fewer than 75 trails spread across five different bike parks, all of which are linked. From rocky slopes to mountain pasture paths, this playground also offers 350 kilometres of signposted e-bike routes, suitable for all levels. Reach the summits using calf power, with the electric assistance of an e-bike or thanks to the ski lifts: it's all possible! In 2025, the Dents du Midi region will host the UCI Downhill World Championships (DHI) on the legendary Champéry slope.
