Lac d'Arbey

The Lac d’Arbey sits high above the village of Evolène with unforgettable views to the Dent-Blanche – this near-perfect pyramid is reflected in the lake’s water. Picnic tables around the lake and the Arbey buvette provide the perfect way to appreciate the magical setting on a fine viewpoint above the Evolène forest at 1780m. Access is easy from Evolène, following a leisurely footpath accross the hillside above Evolène and les Haudères. Or simply ascend from Evolène.
