From Crans-Montana to Sierre (Siders) via the Leukerbad (Loèche-les-Bains) region, Moosalp, Grächen, then the Lötschental and Anniviers valleys, ride the most beautiful trails by mountain bike. The route emphasizes the best alpine singletrails overlooking the Rhône valley and its side valleys. To spare you some difficult climbs, you can use several lifts and public transport for maximum enjoyment. Experience intense moments during this multi-day mountain bike getaway, with highlights including discovering the Tièche valley, the panoramic crossing from Rinderhütte to Jeizinen, passing the Gibidum pass and its eponymous lake, and the splendid trails of the Lötschental and Anniviers valleys, surrounded by alpine peaks.

Turn-by-turn directions
Starting from Crans-Montana, set off to discover the Tièche valley, before descending through a pine forest to reach the village of Varen. A bus takes you to Leukerbad, from where you leave the next day for the Rinderhütte station. Take the Torrenttrail Bike, then reach the plain through the villages of Erschmatt and Niedergampel. Cross the Rhône valley and take the cable car from Raron to Unterbäch. The following day, take the Brandalp chairlift, then pedal to the Moosalp pass following part of the Moosalp Plateau Bike. Dive into the Mattertal to join St. Niklaus by the Matterhorn Valley Trail, where the postal bus awaits you for Grächen. On the next day, enjoy a great descent via the Mattsand Enduro route. Reach Stalden and take the cable car that leads you to the heights of Gspon. Follow the Gspon Panorama Bike, which will take you to the Gibidum pass before plunging into the Nantzal valley down to Brig. The next day, by panoramic train then bus, you reach the Lötschental. From there, you cycle to the upper station of Lauchernalp. Enjoy the view of the Bietschhorn before starting a crossing and a descent leading you to Wiler. On the second day in the Lötschental, from the summit of the Lauchernalp cable car, follow the Bietschhorn Bike to Faldumalp, then cross various villages to finally arrive at Sierre. Return to St-Luc by bus and finish your mountain bike route by exploring the Anniviers valley. After a funicular ascent to Tignousa, follow the Planet Path, cross the Lâche forest, descend towards Mottec and reach Zinal. From the summit of the Sorebois cable car, descend to Lake Moiry before reaching the village of Grimentz. Starting from the Bendolla cable car, the last stage will take you across pastures and forests to Vercorin, where a fun flow trail awaits you down to the village. Your adventure ends with a final descent to the Rhône plain and crossing the town of Sierre to the station.
