After a chairlift ascent to La Breya (2'194 m), you will start a descent through mineral scenery and pastures to the Val d'Arpette. Don't miss the delicious blueberry tart from the Relais d'Arpette restaurant. You will then reach Champex-Lac.

Public transport
Take the train to Orsières and then the bus to Champex-télé.
Consult timetables on www.cff.ch
Approach
Exit the motorway at Martigny.
Follow the direction Grand-Saint-Bernard then leave the main road at Orsières and follow Champex-télé.
It is also possible to leave the main road at Bovernier and go through Les Valettes but the road is narrow and very winding.
