From Stalden, the cable car takes you to Gspon in just a few minutes. From the mountain station, the trail is short and steep up to the football ground. From there, the trail continues on a wide trail with a few bends and an altitude of around 2,000 metres. From there, the trail continues on a great trail section until shortly before the ‘Sädolti’ area. Here you have to tackle two very challenging climbs. Next, it's a short descent to the ‘Sitgrabe’ and then a slight ascent to the ‘Sitestafel’. From here, continue left to the ‘Giw’ mountain station. From ‘Giw’, the rooty trail leads down along the old toboggan run and finally along the ‘Kappellenweg’ through a dense section of forest to Visperterminen. The heath village of Visperterminen is known for its culinary specialities and historic buildings that are well worth seeing. The circular tour leads through the old part of the village in the direction of Hohbiel to the hamlet of Unnerbrunnu and from there on a beautiful trail with a climb and short descent up to Riedji. From Riedji, you still have to climb around 400 metres on the forest road to the starting point in Gspon. If you prefer, you can also take the railway from Staldenried to Gspon. A visit to the Alpenblick restaurant in Gspon is a great way to round off the tour.
