Description

The Genêt Bike route starts in the Anzère resort. You head towards the mayens of Gô, then the Arbaz valley, a study location for the snow and avalanche research institute during winter. The descent continues towards the village of Arbaz on an unpaved road. The return to Anzère takes you through the Chamossaire district, named after a famous peak in the region.

Turn-by-turn directions

From the Anzère cable car parking, head towards the mayens of Gô, where you can observe traditional mayens. You then begin the descent on a forest road that takes you into the Arbaz valley. On your way, you can see the avalanche research site of the Sionne Valley. Upon reaching the Arbaz cantonal road, a forest road will allow you to cross below Anzère and reach the districts of Chamossaire, Pralan, and Audannes to return to your starting point.
