Description
Starting from Champéry, head towards the neighbouring village of Val-d'Illiez, following the Vièze river partway. On the outskirts of Val-d’Illiez, you’ll start your return to Champéry by climbing towards the Frassenaye waterfall and the Cantine Les Rives restaurant—overlooking the spectacular Galerie Défago cliff hike. The loop finishes in Grand Paradis.

From Monthey, take the AOMC train line (Aigle - Ollon - Monthey - Champéry) and get off at the terminus, at the Champéry train/gondola station.
